Patience is KEY at a Times Like THIS

Let's get to the Tips I used while my babies had a NASTY COLD

First a Humidifier, you will want to make sure to get The VICKS Liquid to Pair with the humidifier

Grab Yourself COLD&COUGH liquid SOAP & Cold &COUGH Bath Salt  

Don't forget your Frida nose With the Childs SALINE SPRAY 

LAST BUT NOT LEAST

Like my MAMA ALWAYS SAYS,"PONSE VICKS ", IN ENGLISH," PUT VICKS ON!"
  

SANITZE EVERYTHING!

I know it can be very difficult to keep clean while the house is sick trust me no Judgement Here

KEEP ANY DISINFECTANT SPRAY AND WIPES UP AND AROUND AT ALL TIMES
